Twerk Sessions

Shaina incorporates yoga and meditation with somatic approaches in traditional NOLA Bounce, Twerk, and sacred feminine dances to “attack the floor.” This is a phrase coined in New Orleans Bounce circles that symbolizing the release of inhibition and societal restraints in becoming your most authentic self expression through dance.
